Booking & cancellation
- Payment in full confirms your booking. Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a full refund.
- Cancel 7 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 7 days before check-in, or fail to arrive, and the booking and payment are forfeited.
- No refunds for early check-out or unused nights. Refunds are made by the same method you paid with.
- A 10% government tax and a 5.5% service charge are added to the nightly rate and included in the total shown.

Fly from Bali (Denpasar) to Tambolaka in West Sumba, about one hour. From Tambolaka it is roughly a 90 minute drive south to our gate at Pantai Kerewe. Send us your flight details and we will arrange the transfer.
Sumba is a year-round destination. The drier months, roughly April to November, bring reliable sunshine and the cleanest surf. The greener months either side are quieter and especially lush.
Yes. Pantai Kerewe faces the open Indian Ocean with an uncrowded wave a short walk from the villas, and more breaks within reach along the coast.

The Pasola, the ceremonial spear-throwing festival on horseback, is held in Lamboya early each year, around February and March. Tell us if you would like to plan a stay around it.
